Shabby Chic Studio Banner Pics!

The completed banner hanging above my desk...

A close-up of the banner...

Basically, if something is going to be "Shabby Chic" to me, it has to have three elements. These elements are: pink roses, blue birds, and green somewhere in the theme.

My banner banner has all of those elements.  :)

I wanted to show off some of the details. I stamped on the letters, then used an embossing folder on them.

I love making 3D flowers! They always provide the wow factor.

Saturday in the Studio, Banners!

Today's studio project is a shabby chic banner for my studio! I love making these garlands because they are so fun and easy! All you need is:
-chipboard/cardboard
-scrapbook paper and cardstock
-glue stick
-Big Shot dies, to do the pennant shape and the letters
When I finish the banner it will say "Charity's Stamping Studio". I'm going to hang it over my desk from the curtain rod. Pics to follow...

All Dressed Up "Must Have" Class Pics

The prep that goes into one of my classes...

Christina and Carissa with their "store front dress cards".

They both did such a great job on the cards!

Doris did her card different than my sample, and it turned out so pretty.

I think her card was my favorite. (I love the bow with the clock trinket!)

Sheri, proudly displaying her pop up dress card.

I love this new pop up die for the Big Shot!

A faster way to scrapbook!

I have always started my scrapbooks by taking the photos and designing the layouts around the photos. Lately, I've created the layouts first (even for an entire album), based on the basic color scheme of the photos. Then filled in the layouts with the photos. The result? Scrapbooking made fast! What about you, how do you scrapbook?
